Terms & Conditions

 Shipping and Handling: All in-stock products ship within 48hrs (order must be received before 2 PM P.S.T) through Fed Ex. unless otherwise indicated. We do have wholesale orders and customers as well. Orders received on Holidays and Weekends will ship the following business day. Please allow 3-6 business days for shipping. Please email your requests or concerns as customer service will generally need to review your order and each situation before we can respond to your service related requests. Please go to the support form / contact us form and submit your requests.

Return/Exchange Policy: All products carry a Life Time Guarantee. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 60 days of purchase. We will be glad to make an exchange, issue a credit or refund. Refunds are processed by a refund check or issue via Pay Pal. All returns must include the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. To begin the return/exchange process, please call the 847-241-8949 please let us know your name, order number and the website name. 

Damages: In the event, an item is damaged during shipping or the customer receives a defective item; the customer will have the option of receiving a replacement product or a store credit. To begin the process of a defective /damaged product we will need to be notified in 5 business days from arrival of the shipment. Please include a photo of the damaged or defective material for review. We do ask that you keep the damaged product until the claim is settled as the shipping company may want to inspect the damaged items. All claims are generally settled quickly with replacement product being shipped back within 10 – 14 days. If the customer does not request attention or complete the customer support form within the 5 business day period of receipt of your products, we regrettably can not replace items. We do insure all packages however the shipping insurance is only in force for a limited period of time. Additionally should you want to return items all return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Important Information 

Packages returned unable to deliver will be refunded when the packages arrive back at our warehouse, however the same applies the shipping fee's and return 20% will be deducted from the refund amount. If in the case we ship to the wrong address and it is determined to be our mistake we will gladly resend the packages with our apologies. Our goal is to propagate the finest quality products and gifts however from time to time shipping problems can occur. 

All products are made from natural resources and all products can vary in size, shape, color, weight and overall appearance. We take special care to provide the highest quality products available and we are also aware that perfect uniformity is not possible when dealing with a medium such as Himalayan salt.

* If a product is out of stock it will ship at the next available shipping date. We will make every attempt to get your products to you or notify the customer of any suspected delays. We can not take responsibility for delays due to weather, labor strikes, and or holiday and other shipping delays outside of our influence.
